Three decades engineering real industrial systems — now building the AI, IoT and automation layer on top of them. From the sensor to the model, I design and ship the whole stack.
Type a song theme. The same neuro-optimized engine I build for clients returns A/B titles, a hook description and hashtags — generated live, on my own server.
Powered by Claude, running on my own n8n server. Demo output — your input isn’t stored.
Demir Top · Founder, OYROPA UG
The people who understand AI seldom understand the plant floor — and the people who understand the plant floor rarely build software. Real systems break in that gap. I work in it.
I learned engineering on physical systems first: as an industrial electrician, then PLC and EPLAN automation, then six years commissioning and troubleshooting complex industrial plants. That teaches you to trace a fault to its real cause, not its symptom.
I founded OYROPA UG and rebuilt my craft for the digital layer — PHP and JavaScript, React dashboards, REST APIs, MySQL, and automated pipelines. I shipped real, database-backed software end to end, alone.
Now I bring both worlds together: generative AI and workflow automation grounded in genuine technical depth. Certified KI-Manager (DEKRA) in 08/2026. The goal is ownership over the systems I build.
Not a list of skills — four ways of building systems that hold up in production.
LLM-driven content and code pipelines, prompt systems, and workflow automation (n8n, batch & script) — including automated ffmpeg media pipelines that produce at scale.
AI is a component in a controlled pipeline, not magic. Reproducible prompts, deterministic batch steps, measurable output.
Manual, repeating work disappears. Output scales without scaling headcount.
Hardware-to-web integrations — microcontrollers and sensors (Arduino) transmitting real-time data to the web — built on an industrial control background (PLC / TIA Portal, EPLAN P8).
Trust the data at the source. A system is only as good as the signal it starts with, so I design from the sensor up.
Physical processes become observable, connected and controllable.
Web applications, WordPress plugins (PHP/JS), React/Vite dashboards, REST APIs, MySQL data models and WooCommerce systems — shipped and running.
Standardize the process first, then automate it. Clean data models before clever features.
Manual processes turn into digital, scalable products.
End-to-end systems from idea to realization to live operation — with the fault diagnosis and root-cause discipline of six years in industrial service.
Diagnose like a service technician: find the actual cause, document it, and build the fix so it stays fixed.
Systems that survive production — not demos that survive a meeting.
Engagements are scoped as systems — designed, built and handed over working.
Pipelines that move work from people to processes — content, code, data and media generation, orchestrated and reproducible.
Sensors and devices wired to the web for real-time visibility and control over physical processes.
The bridge between operational hardware and digital systems — getting the floor and the cloud to speak the same language.
Recurring manual workflows analyzed, standardized and rebuilt as automated, measurable systems.
Database-backed web tools and platforms designed from the data model up — built to be operated, not just launched.
From the first concept to the running system — one operator accountable for the whole stack.
A real deploy of this very site and its AI endpoints — multilingual build, n8n workflows, media pipeline. This is the loop I run every day.
The clearest signal of how I build: systems shipped solo, across the full stack.
A complete Arduino-based access-control system — hardware, sensors and firmware — transmitting entry data in real time to a self-built web frontend. One person, the entire stack, from the physical signal to the browser. This is the bridge I build, in miniature.
Turning a recurring manual process into an automated pipeline.
Connecting a physical device or sensor to a web system.
Diagnosing why a complex system fails — and fixing the root cause.
Scaling output through AI without scaling the team.
Building a database-backed web tool from an empty schema.
Making AI usable inside a real, GDPR-compliant workflow.
Every system traces back to a real source — a sensor, a data point, a physical fact.
Standardize first, automate second. Ship to production, not to a demo.
Systems that hold under load, document themselves, and outlive my involvement.
When I’m not building systems, I produce and release music — 84 tracks, distributed solo across every major platform. Same instinct: own the whole thing, end to end.
Browser games I designed and shipped as WordPress plugins — playable here as standalone versions that run entirely client-side.
